Return Policy
Since we custom stitch every drapery and roman to fit your style and window measurements, we do not accept returns. Custom orders are placed for production within 24 hours of order placement and are built to your specifications.
If you choose to cancel your order, you must do so within that 24-hour period via email at orders@uptowndrapes.com. Please include your order information in the email. Once your order is delivered, returns due to customer preference cannot be accepted.
Flawed or Damaged Goods
If for any reason there are flaws or defects in the fabrics, mechanics, or workmanship of your window treatments, please contact us at orders@uptowndrapes.com within 15 days of delivery. We want you to be completely happy with your product, and we will do our best to fix these issues as long as we have proof of the issue. Send photos of the flaws or defects so we know how to best help.
Please know that colors vary from dye lot to dye lot and may not exactly match previous purchases. We are not held accountable for normal wear and tear (i.e. normal fading from sunlight, loss of color intensity, damage from insects or pets), alterations, accidents, or exposure to the elements.
